If paint failure appears, labor and materials will be supplied to correct the condition without any charge to the homeowner. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. Responsibility of Fierro Painting is limited to the correction of the condition as indicated above.

This warranty excludes, and in no event will Fierro Painting be held responsible for consequential or incidental damages caused by accident or abuse, settlement or moisture; cracks caused by expansion and/or contraction or accumulation of dirt and other particles causing discoloration or change in appearance of materials, cracks are properly prepared before painting, but are not covered under this warranty.
