Step one power washing

The most important step in a paint job is the preparation. Fierro Painting will make sure the preparation goes in before the paint goes on.
Step two surface preparation
Fierro Painting will go over your entire home hand scraping and sanding all loose paint to ensure a sound surface prior to priming.
Step three primer
The next step in a quality paint job is using the proper primer on all bare wood to ensure the top finish coat has a superior surface to bond to. Fierro Painting will determine the proper primer to use for your home to prevent any stains of any kind from bleeding back through the finish coat.
Step Four Caulking
We believe in using the best materials on the market. When it comes to caulking we use elastomeric because it has a rubber type of stretch to it so it is less likely to fail on seams and around trim. We want your home to be water tight to prevent water damage and to allow your home to look great for years to come.
Step Five Top Coat
We have now prepared your home and we are ready to apply the finish coat on your home. Fierro Painting will only use premium exterior paint to ensure the highest quality results. We will go over the choices in finishes with you to help you make the right choice for your home and needs.

Fierro Painting includes a standard two year warranty on all exterior paint jobs.
